Why giving back is essential?

For us, the company's success is measured by the profits and the size of the impact achieved.
When we are building an ethical business, we put a lot of thought where the money goes. We select suppliers and partners that align with our values of ethics and quality to maximise the positive impact on the planet and people.
For the charities we support, we consider activities that better alleviate the root causes of poverty and focus on what matters. No matter how big or small, as an entrepreneur, a large enterprise, or customer, we all can make a difference, and together we can achieve an even more significant positive impact on our world.

What is the positive impact we address?

This year, we've decided to direct our efforts towards children's education where our organic peace silk fabric is produced, in Jharkhand, India. From every product sale, 5% of the net revenue will be donated to "Adivasi Kalyan Samitee" to provide education facilities for children at Marghantu middle school in Jharkhand, India.

School Children at Marghantu Middle School

Education is one of the most powerful tools for alleviating poverty, reducing income inequality and unemployment, ensuring peace and stability, and advancing people. Yet, education is still a significant concern in rural areas. As rural families cannot afford to hire help for farming activities, they use the children, placing only secondary importance on their schooling. It is important to help rural development from social and economic perspectives and decrease cultural divides.

We believe that all children should have the right to education and the opportunity to learn, play, grow and thrive.
