***Covid Regulations

The Cherry Moon has undergone some changes to make the space Covid-secure, including:

  • A reduced workshop size of 6 people
  • We ask attendees to wear masks upon arrival. 
  • Mask wearing is not mandated but welcomed for the duration of the event.
  • Ventilated meeting space
  • Seats positioned to maximise social distancing
  • Provided hand washing/sanitisation and toilet facilities  
  • We ask that customers do not come in if feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19. - We will require you to wash your hands upon entry

About the expert:

Kata Armitage is the founder of Kata Armitage Coaching, she is an accredited life coach who coaches with the body in mind. A mindful, somatic approach which compliments more traditional approaches to transformational coaching.  She has worked with the likes of Google delivering one to one sessions for their well-being weeks and created bespoke talks on sleep and stress for Lucozade Sport, ASOS and Pink News. She is a regular workshop leader for @wesleepuk and is passionate about connecting us with our bodies, a full 360 degree approach to better sleep and less stress.
