STANDARD ORDERS
Once you have placed your order with us it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. All orders are delivered by tracking and signature services and we aim to deliver the items to you with the following estimated delivery times:

| REST OF THE WORLD | 5-7 WORKING DAYS |
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
The estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
When ordering from the ethical kind site your order will be shipped in our eco-friendly packaging option, wrapped in tissue paper and sent out in a branded white kraft box, which is 100% recyclable.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We are not responsible for any delays, or cost caused by destination customs clearance processes.

PRE-ORDERS
Ethical kind is a slow fashion label. We only design and order small quantities, so we do not create unnecessary waste. By pre-ordering your clothing, you decrease the potential for landfill, overproduction and allow us to know exactly what you want.
To place a pre-order, you will need to add the available product colour and size to your shopping bag as though you were placing a standard website order. You will then need to follow the check-out process as usual and pay for the items.
Providing the stock is with us, we aim to start dispatching pre-orders 2-3 days before the release date. You should receive a dispatch email letting you know that your order is on its way within the days prior to the release.
